Emma is the Managing Director at Inspired Learning, she is a Learning & Development Professional with over 15 years' experience in training, coaching and developing others.
Her passion lies in inspiring others to have the confidence to take action and develop themselves both personally and professionally in order to be successful.
She has extensive experience across retail, healthcare, facilities management and higher education which allows her to deliver a tailored service that is fit for purpose. Emma is qualified in Kirkpatrick's 4 Levels of Evaluation and therefore always puts the learner and return on investment front of mind.
Emma is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and is passionate about supporting managers and their wellbeing and also that of their teams.​
Emma has also led teams of up to 75 people so brings a wealth of expertise and shares her personal experiences and challenges that she has overcome in her career.

Having worked and led teams remotely for over 10 years Emma is equipped to develop managers and their teams with the skills and knowledge that is required to work and thrive in this rapidly evolving way of working.
