During this time Kerry has held a variety of senior Learning and Development roles across the Travis Perkins Group and Safeway and is able to demonstrate significant performance improvements in each of those roles, most notably in sales and margin but also around other key people metrics such as engagement, attrition and turnover. Building capability at the same time as adding value to the bottom line is what drives Kerry!
James Y. Hudson MCIPD, FLPI, FIMI
James is a highly engaging and dynamic facilitator of learning, with over 18 years' of Learning and Development experience. James has worked on Organisational Development & Culture change programs in large, fast-paced, complex organisations within the Digital, Telecommunications, Automotive and Financial Services sectors. Training across the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, James creates a learning environment where delegates feel challenged and supported, using games, activities and discussion for learners to explore new models and theories with practical applications back in the workplace.
Marianne is an experienced Manager and Learning & Development specialist. She has gained a wealth of experience in Management and Leadership roles over 2 decades. Marianne has worked in several sectors and most recently in Health and Social Care as a Learning & Development Manager.
Marianne has worked with many companies from SME to international organisations. Her training has taken her all over the country and as far as Amsterdam. She has written courses for herself and for associates, to be delivered nationally. As a qualified IQA, she understands that quality and consistency is paramount.
Rob has had a passion for helping people grow for the last 20 years. His 21 years at Yell gave him a strong foundation in sales and management development including 14 years in the Learning & Development department supporting sales people and managers.
Rob is experienced in working closely with clients to design and deliver tailored events using experiential techniques that get delegates thinking for themselves to ensure sustainable behaviour change.
Lyndsey has been a consultant in Learning and Development for over 6 years and 4 years prior worked for large private and public not for profit sector organisations in Healthcare, Health & Social Care, Waste Management and Social Housing within the L&D team. Lyndsey has a wealth of experience in managing a broad portfolio of tasks gathered from across different workplace environments that can support, challenge, and operate as a critical friend to help and guide organisations to continue to be able to deliver high performance with an engaged and motivated workforce. She has a laid back, and friendly demeanour and gains results by spending time getting to know and understand people and their true development needs.
