Lyndsey has been a consultant in Learning and Development for over 6 years and 4 years prior worked for large private and public not for profit sector organisations in Healthcare, Health & Social Care, Waste Management and Social Housing within the L&D team. Lyndsey has a wealth of experience in managing a broad portfolio of tasks gathered from across different workplace environments that can support, challenge, and operate as a critical friend to help and guide organisations to continue to be able to deliver high performance with an engaged and motivated workforce. She has a laid back, and friendly demeanour and gains results by spending time getting to know and understand people and their true development needs.
Lyndsey’s passion is to support managers to understand the impact of mental health challenges within their teams- this also includes supporting people with their own mental health and is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking.
Lyndsey has experience in the development of training programmes within the Healthcare sector and training the trainers in the majority of the courses associated with Social Care: Safeguarding, Dementia Awareness, DoLS, Mental Health, Alcohol & Substance Abuse, Stroke Awareness and has also supported in creating a business case to implement a learning disabilities team including the assessment, development and the associated training involved.
Lyndsey is an avid fun runner helping people with their running and fitness goals as a run leader for England Athletics, a keen walker and loves to be outdoors with her partner and son but can also be partial to a Netflix series binge to unwind.
