Meet Marianne
Marianne Jervis
Marianne is an experienced Manager and Learning & Development specialist. She has gained a wealth of experience in Management and Leadership roles over 2 decades. Marianne has worked in several sectors and most recently in Health and Social Care as a Learning & Development Manager.

Marianne has worked with many companies from SME to international organisations. Her training has taken her all over the country and as far as Amsterdam. She has written courses for herself and for associates, to be delivered nationally. As a qualified IQA, she understands that quality and consistency is paramount.
Having delivered Leadership and Management training for several years, it became apparent that there was a real need for Mental Health training within organisations. As a result, she became a qualified instructor, delivering Mental Health First Aid. Marianne can deliver both accredited and non-accredited courses, both face to face and virtually.

A key focus is ensuring that training does not become a tick box exercise. Focusing on developing a positive mental wellbeing culture and maintaining a sustainable team of Mental Health First Aiders is paramount and Marianne provides strategies and resources to support this.
