A fun creative workshop to help you to plan, take action and achieve the results you desire! This interactive workshop will help you to identify, visualise and plan your goals for the future.

By the end of our goal setting workshop you will:

Have identified your true goals without overwhelming yourself with too many

Have new techniques to help you to take positive steps forward in achieving your goals

Have a visual representation of your goals to take home with you

A plan of action for your short term goals

This workshop provides practical advice and techniques to boost your confidence and build self-esteem.

By the end of our confidence workshop you will:

Have an understanding of what confidence is

Have reflected on what makes you feel confident and what you need to work on

Have some tangible actions to take away to enhance your confidence

…be effective with my time

Do you find yourself saying ‘there are not enough hours in the day?’ Are you always adding the same thing to your to do list and never actually getting it done?

This time management workshop will help you to re-evaluate the true essence of time, re-focus and prioritise what’s important.

By the end of our time management workshop you will:

Be able to manage your time and priorities more effectively

Be more proactive in your approach

Have new tips and techniques to help you to be more effective with your time

Do you feel like each day is tough to get through at times, you feel the tasks piling up, you have tight deadlines to meet and when was the last time that you had any ‘me’ time? It’s so important to take time out for YOU!

By the end of our well being workshop you will:

Have some tools to support you when ‘life’ gets too much

Learn about your third place

Understand that it’s OK to not be OK and it’s not just you

Free parking, water and sweet treats will be provided.
